Welcome to your Irvine Employees Benefit Trust Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan login website, effective July 1, 2026.
The Plan was established by the Irvine Police Association (IPA) and was then joined by Irvine City Employees Association (ICEA) and Association of Supervisory and Administrative Personnel (ASAP). The Plan entitles Employees, who meet the eligibility requirements, reimbursement toward the payment of Covered Expenses, which consist of insurance premiums and medical expenses.
